The fan coil construction material is resistant to bacteria and mould.

Installation is simple and its easy maintenance and cleaning characteristics guarantee high performance at all times.

Auxiliary battery

High-performance system
The innovative system makes it possible to use the VENUS series fan coil with only one exchanger in a 4-tube system.
This means the 4-row main exchanger can receive water from the heating system at lower temperatures than a system with a 1-row exchanger.

For example, the feed water temperature can be 45°C instead of the usual 70-60°C, delivering significant energy savings.
The ACHPS system has a combination of special valves and electronic controls that allow the creation of a by-pass while maintaining a constant pressure in the supply system.

Features

  • The machine structure is made of 0.8-1 mm thick galvanised steel sheet.
  • The air filters are G1 class and are easily removable for proper cleaning and maintenance.
  • The machine acoustic and thermal insulation is made of CL1 - M1 material.
  • The heat exchange coil is made of copper tubes and brass manifolds, expanded on corrugated aluminium fins. The connections have 1/2" gas female threads.
  • The condensate drip tray is also made of galvanised and painted steel sheet and can be removed from the structure.
  • In the standard configuration, the units are supplied with a machine-mounted terminal block.

Specifications

Structure
The structure is made of galvanised steel sheet, while the main condensate drain tray is made of galvanised steel sheet and painted to protect it from corrosion.

Insulation

  • Made of BS1 d0 class polyester fibre, with fire resistance as per UNI EN-13501-4:2009.
  • The product is highly environmentally friendly, being made from recycled material, which in turn is 100% recyclable.
  • The very low reverberation time ensures high phono-absorption.


Fan
The fans, single or double depending on size, are directly coupled with the motor. Made of plastic or aluminium and electronically balanced. Six selectable motor speeds are available as standard.

Filter
G1 efficiency, washable and renewable.

Options
A G3 class filter is also available.

Exchangers
Made of copper tubes with aluminium fins, the tubes are mechanically expanded to increase the exchange factor with the aluminium fins. Air vents as standard.

Unit management
The fan coil can be equipped with two different control systems:

  • An in-room thermostat.
  • Remotely controlled by the PLC via a bus line.


Valves
The fan coil can be equipped with valves complete with ON-OFF or modulating actuator. All units are equipped with an electrical terminal box. The valves are supplied together with the auxiliary condensate collection tray.

Accessories

  • Auxiliary battery: ACHPS is a special innovative system that results in high efficiency.
  • Electric heater.
  • Delivery or return plenum with circular or rectangular flange.
  • Faulty engine alarm detection system.


Environmentally friendly
The VENUS series is made of recycled material and is recyclable.
